01 — Why we exist

A strong story should not be limited by the language or country in which it was first published.

We work with authors and rights holders whose books have already found an audience in their home market. For each selected work, we create a complete international edition—from rights licensing and localisation to positioning, distribution and promotion.

We do more than translate. We adapt each book for its new market while preserving the author's voice and the value of the original story, rethinking the title, packaging, editorial treatment and marketing positioning for a new audience.

Crossleaf is a working publishing name built around one idea: a story can grow into a new market without losing what made readers care about it in the first place.

02 — Our approach

Publishing judgement, informed by evidence.

01

Publishing judgement

We choose the books, languages and markets where we believe a new edition belongs.

02

Reader evidence

Sales, reads, ratings, reviews and series continuation show us how the current audience responds.

03

Native-language editorial work

Translators and editors prepare each book for readers in the language of the new edition.

04

European distribution

Formats and retailers are selected for the countries covered by the publishing licence.

03 — Editorial network

Specialists assembled around the work.

We bring in translators, editors, designers and publishing professionals for the language, genre and formats involved.
