What we collect and why
When you use the contact form, we receive the information you enter: your contact details, role, book and publishing information, audience indicators, available language rights, message and any link you provide. We use it only to review the project, reply and, where relevant, discuss a possible publishing relationship.
We also use limited, cookieless website analytics to understand page visits and selected button clicks. We do not use session recording or advertising trackers.
Legal basis
We process enquiries to take steps you request before a possible agreement and for our legitimate interests in assessing projects, answering messages, improving the site and keeping it secure. We do not make automated decisions about submissions.
Providers and transfers
Railway hosts the site, Resend delivers form emails and PostHog provides the limited analytics described above. These providers may process data in the EEA or other countries under their own data-protection terms and safeguards. We do not sell your data.
Retention and your rights
We normally delete enquiries within 24 months of our last meaningful contact, unless we need them longer for an agreement, a legal obligation or a dispute. You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing where the law provides these rights. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
